only you know what your body is like! if you think your body wants/needs meat, eat it! -coming from a vegetarian of 17 years :)

A close friend of mine was vegan for about 7 years and starting having health issues. She went back to eating meat and has been doing fine. I think your health comes first. Good luck! It’s a touch decision to make. :/

Calling all vegetarians, vegans, pescetarians, and any former of those.
My body is not getting the nutrition it wants and needs. I have been battling meat cravings for about two years now, as well as a b12/possible iron deficiency.
I’ve been thinking more and more seriously about going back to meat for a little while, but am obviously having serious doubts/dilemmas.
If anyone could give me advice, a pat on the head saying “it’s alright to do this for your health” or anything else of relevance, I’d much appreciate it.
